Inspired by Military and Police Physical Training, FNM BOOTCAMP is conducted indoors in the Cross Training Area of the main gym.
Physically and mentally challenging, BOOTCAMP incorporates a wide range of functional training techniques using different methods and equipment during the training sessions compared to our other regular programs.
BOOTCAMP will vary week to week with a different emphasis each week but will always be a more rigid and disciplined style of training. BOOTCAMP will incorporate a wide range of exercise styles including Tabata, Cross training, kettle bells, battling ropes and plyometrics to name just a few.
BOOTCAMP caters for a maximum of 12 participants so ensure you book your place.
