FNM BoxFit sessions are taken by a fully qualified Box Trainer and is a great way to lose weight, tone muscles and build strength.

Classes involve mainly boxing combinations, cardio drills, and specific boxing exercises. This class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness. Workout includes using upper and lower body and is great for anyone wanting to increase their cardio vascular fitness and lose those unwanted kilos.

There’s no need to worry about bulking up, Hilary Swank-style, boxing is a high repetition work-out so you’ll see muscle tone rather than muscle bulk.
