ZONE is a new class held out in the Cross Training area of the main gym three times a week.

The class incorporates equipment from the main gym and cross training area in a circuit style of training to help motivate members to work harder while still having fun.

Every class is different and can range from a weights circuit that focuses on strength to full on cardiovascular circuits to improve fitness.

This class will incorporate High Intensity Interval Training as well as TABATA protocols to ensure your body never knows what to expect.

Classes are limited to 16 people only so make sure you book for this class.
